DIY Apothecary Jars

I absolutely love apothecary jars. I have looked in stores for these jars, but most of them are between $20-$70. Who has that kind of money? I have seen a few DIY variations of these jars on various blogs. I was inspired by one blogger who took a candle stick, a glass jar (preferably with a lid) and E-6000 glue (found at Roberts or Hobby Lobby) and made their own jars. So following those directions I made my own. I searched high and low at various DIs for jars with lids. Finally after weeks maybe even months of searching, I found what I wanted.

Take the candle stick and apply the E-6000 glue to the rim.
Place the jar on top of the candle stick.
Put something heavy on top of the jar/candle stick and let dry.
Here's your jar.
Fill it with some fillers. I chose green things because of St.Patricks Day.
